We are one of the few home stays in Central Kerala possessing a diamond category certificate from the Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala. Home stay is running by Adv. Jojy J Varghese, and his wife Deepthy Susan Varghese.
This homestay is a fully furnished home with six elegantly furnished spacious bedrooms and attached bathrooms in two floors. Four bedrooms on the first floor have independent balconies facing the river. The house is structured to occupy as a four bedroom or two bedroom houses or as individual rooms with common hall and other facilities. The rooms are let out at reasonable rates on daily or weekly basis that makes it all the more attractive and affordable to tourists, who come on sight-seeing or pilgrimage, or business executives and technocrats who look forward to a perfect get away from their job-related pressures.

Tourists can also select from two tour packages, the Green Package and the Blue Package. The Green Package is jungle trip connecting Gavi, Adavi and Kuttikkanam. The Blue Package includes waterway tourism starting from the Venice of the East, Alapuzha to the land of backwaters, Kumarakom. Appreciation programmes on Kathakali, Mural Painting and basic course on Yoga are provided on request. Kerala is the southern most state of India. The name Keralam is believed to have been origined from the word "kera" and "alam". Kera means coconut and alam means land or location - Thus it is meant by "The Land Of Coconut Trees". It was a part of "Thamizhagam" (Present Tamil Nadu) which covered the then Chola, Chera and Pandya region. The music, dance and language of Kerala are same to that can be seen in rest of Thamizhagom. The arrival of Vasco da Gama, coming of foreign traders and invation by Portuguese defined a new cultural heritage in its people.

The dance is a beautiful blending of color, dance, music, drama, and expressions. In a sense, a lot of the fame that the state has gained is mainly due to the popularity of this dance form. Other dance forms of Kerala are Krishnanattom, Mohiniyattom, Thullal, Koodiyattom, Kolkkali, Thiruvathirakali, Kakkarishi Natakom, Oppanna, and Chavittunatakom. Panchavadyam, Nadanpattu, Omanathinkal Kidavo and many more music forms have evolved over the centuries in Kerala.
